ROUND TABLE ON AUDIOVISUAL COPYRIGHT IN THE CONTEXT OF CROATIAN AUDIOVISUAL INDUSTRY

The possibility of introducing the inalienable and non-transferable right to remuneration for co-authors of audiovisual works into legislation of the Republic of Croatia. In the new setting of the audiovisual market of the European Union, defining the relationship between producers and authors in the audiovisual industry is needed, as differing from the industry of television, cable TV operators, internet service providers, and other users of audiovisual works, in order to achieve adequate remuneration for authors in the audiovisual industry.
