The Out of Competition International Programme is open only to films that can have their first public screening in Croatia at the Festival.

1) Feature genre films longer than 70 minutes.

2) Documentary films with a theme of history of film (films about directors, actors, film phenomena, etc.)

3) Drama series and documentary series (pilot or the first two episodes)
