Zagreb under German occupation, 1991. Nazis and their collaborators organize a gathering at the stadium at which all the high-school students were to „spontaneosly“ show their solidarity with the new order and its discriminatory politics. But the local resistence movement will sabotage their plan.
Dušan Vukotić (Bileća, 1927 – Zagreb, 1998) is an Academy Award winning animator (The Substitute, 1961, Game, 1962), and the director of three features: The Seventh Continent (1966), Operation Stadium and Visitors from the Arkana Galaxy (1981).

A partisan commander Davorin gets an order from the Communist Party to shoot his friend Nico and his lover, who have neglected the goals of the struggle. Soon after the event, Davorin marries a daughter of a rich man and becomes careless. Soon after the fall of Italy in September 1943, Ustašas, Nazis and Chetniks come to their island. The film was awarded for Best Film and Best Director at the Pula Film Festival in 1981.
Lordan Zafranović (Maslinica, Šolta, 1944) has graduated literature and fine arts, as well as film directing at FAMU in Prague. His is known for Occupation in 26 Pictures (1978), Fall of Italy and Evening Bells (1986).
