Mother and daughter during a summer trip try to restore their relationship which is damaged because of their troubled past. The mother desperately tries to reach her daughter who constantly keeps rejecting her and does not allow contact of any kind. The daughter finds a summer love wich the mother does not approve, but in the same time, during a one day outing the daughter resents her mother for allowing a flert to go on with their young tour guide Frano.

Director’s bio:  Goran Ribarić (Zagreb, 1990) has studied for a degree in Film and television Directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb since 2009. After movies Weekend (2012) and Fred (2012), Montain is his fourth short film.
