Set in 1991 in wartime Dubrovnik, The Little Raccoon follows playful girl Lily, viewing the war through Lily’s eyes. Not aware of what’s really going on, Lily is care-freely playing in the basement, happy that all of her friends are there and playing with the make-up all the time. She has a special bond with her father, who is a regular customer in her “beauty salon”. Just, as the war flares up, Lily and her pregnant mother need to leave Dubrovnik, and Lily realizes that she has to say goodbye to her father.
