The clock is ticking for a stranger, an immigrant, and older brother unable to prove family relations while facing the cold and unbearable bureaucracy of an unknown country in order to prevent the separation from his young sister. The film ultimately tells the universal story shown through the eyes of a family devastated by the cold bureaucratic system.
