Short Pula - Short Films

Branko is a modern-day Don Quijote. The locals' complaints, his dissatisfied wife and the impossible bureaucracy are his windmills. One Christmas Eve in Vrboska on the island of Hvar will turn out to be the ultimate test for him and his fellow villagers.

Daria Keršić (1990) is a student of film at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. She writes and directs short films, and is developing several drama series. Toast is the first short film she has written, directed, and produced.
