Short Pula - Short Documentary Films

Observation of a small Zagreb square shows short slices of life of one city and its citizens. Vlaho Bukovac Square is the spot where city and its inhabitants meet fragments of urban nature. Parallel coexistence in the city is shown followed by artificially generated narration that varies from describing the obvious, through cheap motivational statements to quotes by famous people, in an attempt to describe the hectic nature and irony of life.

Morana Franov (Zagreb, 1980) has made several short films. She is a member of Kinoklub Zagreb and Blank Film Incubator, which have produced four of her short films. She has worked on several other projects by different authors.
