Pula Film Festival would like to invite all interested directors and producers to submit films for non-competition programmes of the 67th Pula Film Festival, which will be held from 18 to 26 July 2020.

The public call is open from 17 February for all films made in 2019 and 2020, regardless of their premiere status; and minority co-productions are also eligible.

The non-competition Croatian programmes include fiction short and medium-length films, drama series, documentary series, documentary and animated films, and music videos that will be screened as part of the programmes Short Pula, Portarata, Pulica, Dizalica, and Ambrela.

Submissions are also open for the Student Programme for fiction short films, documentary, and animated films from Croatia and abroad, produced by academies, film studies, and schools that are associates of the Festival, as well as other higher education institutions.

Croatian distributors and foreign producers can submit films for the non-competition International Programme. The International Programme is open to all foreign fictions film, documentary films (with topics from history of cinema), drama series, and documentary series (pilot or two successive episodes), and fiction short films that will see their first public screening in the Republic of Croatia at Pula Film Festival. Submissions are also open for the international part of the children’s programme Pulica, for fiction feature films, and animated films; and for the international part of the programme Cinema by the Sea for fiction feature films for high school students Dizalica and for the youth Ambrela.
