Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and Hotel Transylvania 3 - PoPular Pula Programme Closes the 65th Pula Film Festival

Following the Award Ceremony of the 65th Pula Film Festival, the Festival will not close, but two films from the PoPular Pula Programme will be screened. Saturday is reserved for Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, with director Ol Parker and a part of the crew attending the screening. On Sunday, the last Festival night at the Arena - this year’s novelty - the synchronised animated film Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation will be screened.

The daily schedule over the weekend will be accompanied by lively festival rhythm, especially due to the changes in screening times resulting from the World Cup games. The short film Summer ’17 and minority co-production An Impossibly Small Object will be screened on Saturday 21 July at 5 p.m. at the Istrian National Theatre. Also on Saturday 21 July, the documentary film Ingrid Bergman: In Her Own Words will be shown at the Istrian National Theatre at 3 p.m., and Jasper Jones will be screened on Sunday 22 July at 5 p.m.

The last festival Saturday will also see the screening of the Time Machine Programme, with films A život jde dál at 5 p.m. and Mayerling at 7 p.m., and the traditional Marathon of the Croatian Programme will also take place. For all those who missed the first screenings, Saturday is their chance to see the films Aleksi, Chameleon (out of competition), Home, Lada Kamenski and Till the End of Death, while Sunday is a chance to see the series The Paper 2, Black and White World, as well as films Deep Cuts, The Miner, Mali, For Good Old Times, Comic Sans, The Eighth Commissioner, and Exorcism.

On Monday, Kino Valli will be screening two films from the Israel - Friend Country Programme: The Last Band in Lebanon, at 7 p.m., and Turn Left at the End of the World, at 9 p.m.
